• Able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English

Customer Service Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service at front desk
• Contact and remind to customers about their appointment
• Responsible on outlet stock-take and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Computer literate
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Copywriter (Mid Valley)

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative ideas and concepts, in partnership with in-house designer
• Writing clear, persuasive, original copy
• Updating digital media copy
• Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
• Amend, revise or redevelop adverts and campaigns in response to feedback from team or clients
• Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
• Interact with project teams to understand campaign objectives and audience demographics

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Art / Multimedia, Linguistic or equivalent
• Min 3 years of copywriting experience in English and Bahasa Malaysia language
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player and attentive to details
• Proven creative and content-creation capabilities
